When someone transfers property, the buyer gets all the rights the seller has in that property. This includes everything related to the property, unless the seller specifically says otherwise.
💡 Real Life Example
A sells his house to B. Unless the sale deed says otherwise, B gets the house, the land it's on, and all the fixtures like fans and lights.
