If someone gets full ownership of a property, but the transfer says they have to use it in a certain way, they can still use it however they want, as long as it doesn't break the rules of the transfer.
💡 Real Life Example
A gives a house to B, but says B must use the rent to support his family. B owns the house, but can't sell it and must use the rent for his family.
🛡️ KNOW YOUR RIGHTS
- •You have the right to use your property as you wish, within the transfer's rules.
- •You can receive and manage the income from the property.
