How to File an FIR?

Go to the nearest police station (jurisdiction doesn't matter for filing)

Tell the officer your complaint clearly — they MUST write it down

If police refuses, you can send complaint by post to SP/SSP

Get a free copy of the FIR — it's your right

You can also file Zero FIR at ANY police station in India
