This section deals with serious sexual assault on children. If someone sexually assaults a child, especially in certain situations like being in a position of trust, or if the assault causes serious harm, they face a harsher punishment.

Rigorous imprisonment for at least 10 years, which may extend to life, and fine.

A teacher (A) sexually assaults a student (B) in the classroom. Because A is in a position of trust, this falls under this section.
