This section simply states that if a cheque bounces (is dishonored), the person who has the cheque (the holder) can inform the person who wrote the cheque (the drawer).
💡 Real Life Example
A gives a cheque to B, but the cheque bounces due to insufficient funds. B can then inform A about the dishonour.
