🗣️ Simple Explanation

This section gives authorized officers the power to enter, search, and seize things in a place or vehicle if they suspect drug-related activity. They can also arrest people they believe have committed a drug offense. This is how the police can investigate drug cases.

💡 Real Life Example

A police officer, suspecting A is hiding drugs in his car, can search the car and arrest A if they find drugs. If they find nothing, they cannot arrest A based on this section.
