If a group of people plan to commit a crime together, and they all share the same goal, each person is responsible for the crime as if they did it themselves. It doesn't matter who did the actual act; everyone involved is equally guilty.
Punishment depends on the crime committed.
A, B, and C plan to rob a bank. A distracts the guard, B breaks the lock, and C steals the money. All three are equally guilty of robbery under Section 34.
