🗣️ Simple Explanation
If someone intentionally hurts another person, they can be punished. This includes using any means to cause injury, but it doesn't apply if it's a minor fight (covered in section 334). The punishment can be jail time, a fine, or both.

Imprisonment up to 3 years, or fine, or both
💡 Real Life Example
A intentionally hits B with a stick, causing a bruise. A has voluntarily caused hurt.
