A woman in a domestic relationship (like marriage) has the right to live in the house she shares with her partner, even if she doesn't own it. She can't be kicked out of the house unless the law allows it.

A, married to B, lives in a house owned by B's parents. Even if B and A have a fight, A has the right to continue living in that house.
