If the police have a warrant to search a place and they reasonably believe someone there is hiding something they're looking for, they can search that person too. If they find the item, they can take it.
💡 Real Life Example
Police have a warrant to search a house for stolen jewelry. If they reasonably suspect A, who is in the house, is hiding the jewelry on their person, they can search A.
