🗣️ Simple Explanation

If you're unhappy with a decision from the District Commission, you can appeal to the State Commission. If you're not happy with the State Commission's decision, you can appeal to the National Commission. You have a limited time to file these appeals.

💡 Real Life Example

A consumer, A, loses a case at the District Commission. A can appeal to the State Commission within 45 days. If A loses again, they can appeal to the National Commission within 30 days.
