🗣️ Simple Explanation

If multiple people plan a crime together and do something to achieve that plan, they are all responsible for the crime, even if they didn't do the main act themselves. It's like a team effort in a bad way.

💡 Real Life Example

A, B, and C plan to rob a bank. A drives the getaway car, B distracts the guard, and C steals the money. All three are guilty of robbery, even if only C took the cash.

🛡️ KNOW YOUR RIGHTS
  • If you are accused of a crime with others, know your role and the evidence against you.
  • Seek legal advice if you are accused of acting with common intention.
